Ziningi Hlophe

Ziningi Hlophe is an attorney specialising in corporate and commercial law, reorganisations and cross-border transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a specific focus on global mergers and acquisitions, in country and cross boarder private equity transactions.

In 2018 Ziningi was a finalist for Attorney of the Year: Junior Professional in the African Legal Awards. In addition, she was recognized and listed as one of News24’s 2018 100 young Mandelas of the Future (under the leadership category). She was also one of the top five finalist in the Professional Services category of the 2018 Standard Bank Rising Star Awards Programme and is currently part of the Standard Bank Rising Star alumni.

Ziningi is passionate about social justice, mental wellness, and transformation in the workplace. Ziningi holds an LLB (UKZN) and a Certificate for Advanced Company Law (Wits).
