Nothemba Mxenge

Nothemba Mxenge, our Chief Coach, is a Certified Integral Coach® (PCC) through USA-based New Ventures West and the UCT Graduate School of Business’ Centre for Coaching. She is also a qualified Enneagram Practitioner, Results Coaching System and a Multiple Brain Integration Coach. She is also a freelance Senior Associate Consultant with Legitimate Leadership.

Nothemba has been coaching since 2013 through her practice Epiphany Coaching and Consulting Pty (Ltd). She is an Associate Coach, Mentor and Course Leader with UCT GSB Centre for Coaching, as well as a Senior Associate Consultant with Legitimate Leadership Consulting.

Nothemba holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering (UCT), a Masters in Business Leadership, MBL (SBL) as well as certificates in Management Development (UCT) and Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (UK).
