ANYIMA OKUNDI

Anyima is an Executive and Systemic Team Coach, coach educator, supervisor, and learning facilitator with global experience. Based in Kenya, she has supported leaders across Africa, Europe, and India since 2015. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF, a faculty member at the Academy of Executive Coaching in East Africa, and the International Centre for Coaching Supervision (UK). She holds advanced diplomas in executive coaching, systemic team coaching, and coaching supervision, and is recognized as a Senior Practitioner and Global Supervisor by the EMCC. Her expertise includes transactional analysis, eCoaching, adult learning facilitation, and the use of a wide range of leadership and psychometric assessment tools, including CCL Benchmarks®, Hogan assessments, Leadership Versatility Index, and Assesio MapX. Anyima has a BA Hons in Economics from the University of East Anglia, a Diploma in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Newham College of Further Studies and a Diploma in Counselling and Psychology.
